This is my favourite homemade salad dressing and it is oh so simple.
It does have quite a strong flavour because there is no oil to dilute it! If it is too concentrated for you, I recommend just adding a bit more water!
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp tahini paste
Combine nutritional yeast flakes, water, tamari or soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, tahini and crushed garlic in blender to prepare the dressing.
