This blend of tahini, seasame oil and lemon pairs perfectly with roasted veg! This recipe prepares about 2 cups of dressing base — you simply just take out how much you’d like to thin down for your meal, mix 1 to 1 with hot water, and voila — it’s ready!
The dressing base stores well in an air tight container for up to 1 month refrigerated!
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup 100% pure tahini
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Braggs (or no sodium soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Hot water as needed to thin down
Mix all of the ingredients (except for the hot water) in a bowl until well combined. If you want to thin the mixture down, add one part hot water for every part dressing base.
