Hey there! I’m Haeli, Registered Dietitian and plant lover.

I graduated from the University of British Columbia Vancouver with my degree in Nutrition & Dietetics in 2014.

During my fifth and final year of schooling I had the opportunity to move to the beautiful sunny Okanagan, the place I am lucky enough to continue to call home. 

Over the course of five years working in a hospital setting on the more reactive side of healthcare, I discovered my niche and passion within nutrition. Preventative health.

Educating and working with clients one-on-one to help them achieve their personal health and wellness goals in a way that works for them is what I love to do. 

I fell in love with plant-based eating after improving my own health and understanding that I could make a difference for the animals and our environment with my own food choices!

Okanagan Nutrition began as my passion project and has quickly grown into a community that I am so proud of.

My mission with Okanagan Nutrition is to equip you with the foundational knowledge of food and nutrition so that you can eat to nourish your body, mind and soul.
